I’ve used them in Spain, Turkey, Crete and Colombia, and they work a treat. Its just so much simpler than trying to explain your self to a waiter that doesn’t understand but pretends too. Then pretends to tell the chef who makes you the glutenyist thing that ever existed with extra bread, flour and layers of cross contamination.
