Gluten Free Chicken Nugget Recipes

Making these delicious chicken nuggets is so easy!


Firstly, add some stale or toasted bread to a food processor, add salt, pepper, herbs and garlic. Whizz up until it becomes fine bread crumbs.
Then chop up some chicken breasts into big chunks.
Next, break two eggs into a bowl and whisk well
Then, pour your breadcrumbs into a bowl.

Now for the fun part!

Dip each chunk of chicken into the egg and then in the bread crumbs.

Place on a baking tray and bake for around 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Or you could deep fry them if you’d precede but adjust times accordingly.

Serve with some salad, and delicious with garlic mayonnaise and sweet chilli dip.
