These pictures are an amalgamation of many fajita Fridays I’ve enjoyed!

Cool Chile Co Masa Harina

Given to me as a present from my boyfriend, this amazing flour makes gorgeous soft tacos and wraps. The recipe is easy to follow and they taste great- all you need to add is water!

(p.s the purple ones are from their ready made wrap range)

1/2 a red onion

2 ripe avocados

6 ripe cherry tomatos

juice of a lime

salt and pepper to taste

Chop everything together, mash in the avocado and your ready to go. I like my guacamole a bit chunky, filled with taste and texture!

Home Made Refried Beans

1/2 red onion

1-2 cloves of garlic

Cumin Seeds, Salt, Pepper and Paprika

1 tin of kidney beans (black beans are much preferred if you can get your hands on them!)

Heat a little oil in a pan, add the chopped garlic, and spices and stir out. Add the red onions and soften. Then add the drained beans, stir every now and then until softened and broken down.

Cool Chile is available from lots of stockist around the UK.
