So, I took a last minute trip to Brighton this week…I took to twitter for help on where to eat, and many responded namely @N1C79_EATS and @gfdining came to my rescue. Eventually, I decided to take a walk to Seven Dials and visit Coggings and Co. I dislike a gluten free burger that has no bun, that not a burger. This is probably why I’m so in love with Honest Burger, with there delicious bun AND GF onion rings. Anyway, back to Brighton.

I decided to go for the GF burger with brisket chilli and guacamole but there was a great choice available. Wow, it was delicious, slightly spicy and packed full of flavour! The bread was delicious,
soft and had a amazing crumb texture. It didn’t fall apart. A miracle! They use as many local products as they can, the beef is from Sussex, the GF  bread bun was supplied from The Sussex Bread Company. The cider was local too, from Sussex, I tried the Hairy Pig, named after the Pet Pig, it was light and refreshing!

Overall, I was highly impressed with Coggings and Co. It was delicious, I felt welcomed (especially because I was on my own) and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They also mentioned in a tweet, if you give them prior notice they can arrange for egg free and diary free burgers as well. Just give ’em a call.

I’d 100% go again if I’m ever in Brighton again.

Mmmmm…
